1.What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us. The quote, booking, and contact forms ask for your name, phone number, city, the type of project, and your message. If online checkout is offered, it asks for your name and phone number together with the items you are buying. Like every website, our hosting provider also receives your IP address and browser details in standard server logs.
2.Forms that open WhatsApp
The quote and booking forms do not send anything to our servers. When you submit one, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message containing the details you entered, and you choose whether to send it. From that point the conversation is held in WhatsApp and on our business phone, and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
3.Online orders and payment
When you pay online, your name, phone number, and order details are stored in our order database so we can fulfil and support the order. Card details are entered on a secure page operated by our payment provider, Moyasar, and never reach our servers; we receive only a payment reference, the amount, and the status. We keep order records for as long as required for accounting, warranty, and tax purposes.
4.Cookies and local storage
Your shopping cart is kept in your own browser's local storage and is not sent to us until you order. The site sets a cookie to remember your language choice, and a login cookie only for our own staff in the private catalog admin area. We use no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, and no tracking pixels.
5.Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. It is processed only by the service providers that run the site on our behalf: Vercel (hosting and server logs), Neon (database), Cloudflare (image storage), Moyasar (payments), and WhatsApp / Meta (messaging, when you choose to contact us that way). We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.
6.Your rights
You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, in line with applicable data protection law, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. We answer requests made through the contact details below. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as tax and transaction records.
7.Security
Data travels over HTTPS, the database and admin area are protected by access controls and secrets held outside the code, and payment card data is handled entirely by the payment provider. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us at once if you believe your information has been misused.
8.Children
This site sells to adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18; if you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9.Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
